Under the Sea Palz Tag

This is my example for the Piercing Tutorial I posted on my blog. I'm still using an Expression so I have to do it by hand.

I used the Rhinestone Feature in MTC to create a Piercing Template for my tag. I also used the Basic Shapes Tag in MTC for my project. You can find my tutorial and more info Here

I used Scrappy Dew's,  Under the Sea Palz

I applied some Glossy Accents for the bubbles and chalked some of the edges.

With summer fast approaching, I thought this would be a nice project to have on hand. My sister lives near the bay and I'm sure I will be using it for her or the kids.
