So I have been so busy making projects for my design teams that I forgot my Aunt's birthday. Well this was a perfect time to use one of my favorite birthday files from Scrappy Dew. My Aunt is a huge fan of Bears. She loves the cuddly creatures. And well, I love her. However as a bad nephew I forgot to her Birthday completely and to make it up to here I made a card:
To make this card I started off with a pre-designed card that I got off of Michelle My Belle's Creations Blog. Every monday she features a Mojo Monday Card file that she has converted and she allows anyone to download them for FREE. To see all of theMojo Monday Card files follow the link below.
Once I had the card base figured out I needed to find the perfect .svg file, and Scrappy Dew had the perfect file for my aunt that featured clowns dressed up as bears. This was also the first project that I used my Cricut Explore with the Cricut Explore Drawing Pens. I used these in the machine to write the sentiment "I Am Such A Clown To Forget Your Birthday". Now that cricut allows you to use any TTF files in their Design Space, it was super easy to write any sentiment on the card that fit my occasion.
