Here is a fun layout using the Mary Poppins set. You can find the set here: http://shop.scrappydew.com/shop/item/100819 I also used the carousel set that worked perfectly together. There are two versions of Bert and Mary, but I thought this worked for the color of papers I was using. I found digital paper to print on Etsy. I layered the border with a red background and created the edge by using a scallop border, I found an umbrella in the MTC gallery and joining it to the scallop. I had umbrella ribbon in my stash with an adorable charm. I added some bling and flowers and voila it's done.
